I’m Alexis Leon, the face behind Olympus Beauty in Tucson, Arizona. At 33 years old, I bring passion, resilience, and experience to everything I do. I began my beauty career in 2016 while working full-time at a bank for nine years. During that time, lashing started as a part-time hobby, but I always knew I wanted more wanted to build something of my own.

Taking a leap of faith, I made an exciting career change and became a full-time lash artist, licensed esthetician, and licensed educator. Since then, I’ve grown my business and expanded my services to include body contouring, HA Pen treatments, and permanent makeup. Seeing a client leave with a boost of confidence and a smile on their face is what makes this journey so rewarding.

Over the past few years, I’ve also stepped into the product space, creating and selling luxury lash products for artists, including tweezers, adhesives, lash trays, and more. Most recently, I’ve begun training the future generation of lash artists—sharing guidance, real-world experience, and the tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way.

I’m pushed to my limits every day, but my family is the foundation that has kept me and my small business going.
